It is amazing to note how sometimes even the smallest of things , although seemingly inconsequential can offer happiness like no other.

In our perennial search for something bigger, something better, we tend to miss out on a lot of joyous moments that life has to offer.

Our mind is never in the present moment, it is either stuck in the past or anxious about the future.

That’s the way the human psyche works.

Many experiences have taught me, that in order to be able to live life to the fullest, it is imperative that we live in the present moment. This moment gone, is never going to come back.
